That's where we come in! We are a management company without using a manager. How that works is you manage yourself, with a little assistance from us, but with no manager. And without a manager, you will save money, you will save money by not having management fee. You’ll only be charge with the services that you use.

What do we do? Whatever you tell us to do- as much or as little as you want! You tell us what task you want us to handle, and we charge you for only that task.
